    Refund Policy/Cancellation Options

    I totally get it-life happens! I allow cancellations up to 7 days before the class. If you need to cancel, you can choose between a refund (minus processing fees) or a class credit for future use (valid for up to 1 year from original class date).

    Need to cancel closer to class? After the 7-day window, prep is already underway and I'm unable to offer any refunds or class credit. However, you still have a couple of options! you can always transfer your spot to a friend or your cookies will be packaged as a take-home kit for porch pick up from my location at a scheduled date and time. For all details, check out the full cancellation policy below.

    Class Cancelation Policy

    Sometimes things come up—and while it’s rare, I may need to cancel a class. If that happens, you’ll always have options: a full refund (including processing fees) or a credit toward a future class. 

    Instructor Cancellation Policy

    If fewer than 5 guests are registered, I’ll likely have to cancel the class (sad, I know!). But don’t worry—you’ll still have the same options: a full refund or a credit toward a future class (plus my sincerest apologies). I’ll give you a heads-up 7 days in advance so you can make other plans—or maybe invite a cookie buddy to sign up and save the day!
