Currently I offer one flavor: buttery, vanilla sugar cookies with an almond royal icing. I use very high quality and organic ingredients where possible and have perfected my sugar cookie recipe so that my edges are razor sharp and have very little expansion or movement during the baking process. This allows for clean edges that retain their shape with the perfect thickness for that smooth layer of icing that will go on top. I've also experimented countless hours with the consistency and colors that go into my frosting. I've learned how to allow the colors to develop for vibrant, color palates that don't taste bitter. Many people rave about how good they taste, so at this point I don't want to mess with a good thing! In the future I may experiment with other flavors, but for now, I'll stick with what's great.

I bake my cookies with delicate care in my home kitchen under the Nebraska Cottage Baker’s License. They are prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation & inspection by the regulatory authorities and may contain allergens. I select high quality USDA Certified Organic ingredients whenever possible to make these special creations as delicious as they are beautiful. All of the surfaces that will come in contact with any of the ingredients or supplies are cleaned and sanitized prior to each project.
Ingredients: Organic white flour, organic raw sugar, organic salted butter, homemade royal icing (confectioner’s sugar, organic meringue powder, pure almond extract, cream of tartar), whole egg, pure vanilla extract, pure almond extract, organic baking powder, organic sea salt.
